JobMatch AI is an AI-powered job matching service that allows users to upload their CV, set job preferences, and receive personalized job recommendations. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze CV data and match it with job listings from third-party sources (Adzuna, RemoteOK). Users may also generate and send application emails through the Service.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must ensure the information in your CV is accurate and truthful.
• You are responsible for any emails sent through the Service on your behalf.
• You must not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited communications, or harassing messages.
• You must not upload files containing malware or malicious code.
• You are solely responsible for the content of any job applications sent through the Service.
• You must comply with all applicable laws regarding job applications and employment in your jurisdiction.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses Claude AI (by Anthropic) to generate cover letters and analyze CV data. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or may not perfectly represent your qualifications. You should always review and edit any AI-generated content before sending it to employers. JobMatch AI is not responsible for the accuracy, suitability, or consequences of AI-generated content.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party APIs including Adzuna, RemoteOK, and Resend. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of job listings from these sources. Job listings may be outdated, inaccurate, or no longer available. Always verify job details directly with employers.

6. Rate Limits and Fair Use

The Service imposes a limit of 10 application emails per session to prevent abuse and ensure fair access for all users. Attempting to circumvent these limits is prohibited. We reserve the right to impose additional restrictions on usage at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that job matches will result in employment, that emails will be delivered, or that the Service will be available at all times. Job search results depend on third-party API availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobMatch AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities, failed job applications, or any other outcomes related to the use of AI-generated content.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
